From there, we’ll shift into an invigorating cold plunge at our home to awaken your nervous system and invite resilience. If you are a novice at cold plunging, we got you! Christopher will demonstrate and walk you through how to cold plunge effectively. We’ll close with a calming guided meditation, with the option to deepen your journey through hapè for those who feel called.
Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred, tobacco-based snuff made from finely ground Amazonian medicinal plants. It’s traditionally used by Indigenous tribes in South America for grounding, clearing energy, and connecting more deeply to intention and Spirit.

The menstrual cycle workshop was wonderful! We started with a breath work exercise that set the tone for my body/mind before diving into discussion. Talking through the different phases of the cycle was great. I’m not alone in how I feel as my body goes through this cycle.
