Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is required in full (or through an approved payment plan) before accessing the Courses.

  • Due to the digital nature of the Courses, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

  • If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the Courses.

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for time, the following policies apply to all scheduled coaching sessions:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 4-hour notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations must be made via phone, email, or our online booking platform.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.

No-Shows

  • If a client does not attend their appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of $150 will be charged.

  • Excessive No-Shows: If a client accumulates three (3) no-shows, their ability to schedule future appointments may be revoked, and coaching services may be discontinued without refund.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled coaching sessions.

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time without an extension.

  • If a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the $150 no-show fee.

Exemptions

  • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the late cancellation or no-show fee at our discretion.

Policy Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to enforce this cancellation policy strictly.

  • Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments and possible termination of coaching services.

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with us, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policy.
